New Build 2 Bedroom Luxury Apartment, Jewellery Quarter Birmingham

Nice clean spacious apartment, 2 bathrooms was a bonus.

Beds were so uncomfortable unfortunately, there was a dent in mattress before use. The TV remote didn't work.

Very clean and spacious, convenient location, host was very helpful and attentive, even left us Ralph Lauren towels :)

The apartment has an unpleasant smell. Soft furniture is soiled and a lack of pots & pans for cooking. Address ambiguous, still to work this out.

The look of the apartment was very modern and very clean. Fully equipped too

Location was good. Communication with the host was timely

The property is described as luxury which is currently misleading. Functional would be more realistic. To be luxury, there needs to be several changes - simple additions such as bedside lamps, toilet holders and sanitary bins in the bathrooms, lampshades, canisters holding tea and coffee ( not 3 teabags in a half box), non chipped plates and cups, improved cleanliness, carpets and upholstery cleaned, holes in walls mended, comfortable pillows and mattresses. To be fair to the host, he took on board what he was told and has assured me these issues will be addressed for the next customer

It was very clean, spacious and easy check in process.
