Central and New apartment with AC

Good location with tram, metro and bus connections, quiet area and apartment building. Small room but clean and really good value for money with a great AC system, comfortable bed, temperature-adjustable fridge, and plates/cutlery. Good customer service from Attila with quick responses.

"Clothes rack" is included in the amenities, but there is no rack for drying clothes, only coat hooks. There was a small miscommunication about washing facilities but apart from that customer service very good.

Stinks of mold

It was very well equipped, and I really loved the design! Great natural + artificial lighting, too. Easily accesible (close to the metro), etc. The staff was also very helpful and kind! All in all, I enjoyed my stay, and it would have been excellent if the points below didn't apply :-)

1. AIR QUALITY: it smelled rather moldy. I had read previous reviews which mentioned this, but was hoping the problem was solved. Opening the window didn't solve the issue entirely. The one thing that helped was the AC. 2. UTILITIES: There was no toilet paper provided: I've booked quite a few apartments over the years, and I never had to buy toilet paper. I would encourage the property to at least make a very visible disclaimer about the lack of toilet paper :-)

Apartment is look like as fotos. Fast answers for questions.

My advice - check kitchen equipment! We haven't a pan. We have only one broken wine. There isn't any towel hook in bathroom. Towels are drying very bad.
