Albert Residence Grand Chalet with free SPA access to Alpin Resort

The apartment was cozy, spotless, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The views from the windows were breathtaking—perfect for enjoying the serene mountain atmosphere. We were even lucky enough to spot a fox in the evening, which added a touch of magic to the experience! The location is fantastic, just a short walk to Alpin Hotel where we indulged in a delicious breakfast and enjoyed their excellent spa facilities. The parking situation at the hotel and the crowded pool were minor inconveniences, but both are beyond the chalet's control. Overall, Albert Chalet is a wonderful retreat for anyone looking to unwind in the beauty of Poiana Brașov. Communication with Gina was amazing - really helpful and outgoing. Highly recommended!

Our visit to the spa facilities at Alpin Hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. Unfortunately, the pool, jacuzzi, and sauna experience left much to be desired. The water seemed unclean and unhygienic, particularly in the jacuzzi, and there was a lack of oversight, with some guests behaving inconsiderately (bringing a phone in the sauna, yelling and not using the showers). However, I have to commend the spa staff and massage therapists—they were incredibly kind, attentive, and highly professional, making the massage experience truly enjoyable. With improvements to the pool and jacuzzi area, this could be an outstanding spa experience.
