What I didn’t like was how the staff handled a problem that was created by the hotel itself, while trying to blame me, the guest, for their own mistakes. The responses were aggressive and far from professional. The experience was disappointing mainly because of how the situation was handled. Before booking, I specifically contacted the property to confirm that all SPA facilities would be fully operational during my stay, and I received a clear confirmation that everything would be working. Based on that information, I proceeded with the reservation. Less than 24 hours before arrival, I was informed through Viber that the indoor pool would actually be closed. First of all, contacting guests through Viber instead of officially through Booking.com is not professional. It honestly felt like they hoped I either would not see the message or would be forced to continue with the booking anyway because it was already too late to change my plans. At that point, changing plans was no longer realistic, especially since I had already arranged transportation and taken days off for this trip. When I contacted the hotel regarding this issue, the way they responded was unfortunately very unprofessional. Instead of properly apologizing or showing understanding, they suggested changing the booking dates, as if it were something easy to do after planning this trip for over a month. The solutions they offered were simply not realistic. There was very little understanding of the guest’s side of the situation. They repeatedly asked me to understand their problems, while making no effort to understand the inconvenience and stress their actions caused me. It felt like they were constantly trying to avoid responsibility. At first, they even refused to refund the booking. Later they agreed, but the refund process itself was unnecessarily difficult. They sent me a refund form entirely in Ukrainian, even though I do not understand Ukrainian.

Помешкання дуже високого рівня,співвідношення ціна -якість супер,дизайн і сніданки дуже сподобались,перчонал надзвичайно ввічливий)

Дуже вразило під час відпочинку велика кількість російськомовних гостей,це неабияк псує перебування в готелі
