Stay away from this renter—save yourself the headache and frustration. They hit you with opaque, hidden extra fees and provide very poor customer service, which feels like a dishonest business practice. In my case, I was charged an additional $400 in extra fees (without valet included). On top of that, they wanted $35 for valet, and there was no other parking option.
