Days Inn by Wyndham Staten Island

I had to book this hotel because my flight got canceled It’s in a very sketchy area. The taxi rides from and to Newark airport where very expensive considering it’s 20 min I stayed because I didn’t have a choice There was no remote for the tv The bathroom was not the cleanest And there was a dead bug in the tub

Location Was sketchy and there was no parking. We did not even check-in.

I like the fact that is was close and available and affordable the front desk staff was nice.

I didn't like the fact that when I entered the room very tired and inspect the room before having to take a bath, that that everything was clean except for the toilet they cleaned the inside of it but the seat had urine on the cover inside and on the seat, so had to clean it before even taking a shower and I was very upset for that. I guessing that the cleaner was rushing and maybe forget it. And also the bed was too small my fiance wasn't able to sleep because the bed was too small along with the pillows.

Decent place.. not really worth it for the kind of money you pay

Very noisy outside at night. During breakfast you have to ask for everything, no one seems to be around to take care of the things that runs out (we asked & waited for coffee to be refilled, no bread.. no tissues.. something is always missing that you have to go look for someone to refill) The bathroom smelled like cigarettes smoke
