The property was clean and staff were accommodating.
The location is in an older part of Staten Island so there was not much around. Also, parking was really difficult to find, they need to consider having something more than NY street parking for guests.

Location is terrible due to parking. I was given a handicapped room as requested and charged 30.00 extra and the bed was so high I couldn’t get in it the shower was a regular shower with a bar. That’s NOT HANDICAPPED. It is horrible to be charged extra for a disability,then to call that a handicapped room is a joke!
The fact that there wasn’t a thing that I would consider a disability room. I have stay in hotels with roll in shower low beds to be able to slide into from my wheelchair

Not much
No parking. The doors to rooms are too short and allow both light and noise into room waking me up REPEATEDLY. No blackout curtains. No ports to charge anything. Bathroom door was way too heavy
