Cosy calme appartement à la Marsa

Nous avons absolument tout aimé dans ce logement.. la localisation est exceptionnelle entouré de cafés , restos, parc etc mais avec un calme parfait pour bien dormir . L appartement est immense et ultra confortable. Il y a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour se sentir comme à la maison. L hôtel est toujours joignable et la communication était exceptionnelle. Bref je donne un 10/10. Et j y reviendrai certainement si je reviens à la marsa .

Диван в гостиной сломан, сидеть невозможно, неплохо бы добавить ещё дополнительные полотенца

L’emplacement.

To begin with, the location was ideal. A short 20min ride from the airport. The apartment is located just off a busy road which has many shops, cafes, restaurants etc. The street is generally quiet at night. During the day there are local cafes and restaurants operating at your doorstep. A short easy 10 min walk brings you to the main popular tourist and visitors area by La Marsa beach and Al Ahmadi Mosque, the plaza and corniche etc.. I felt safe in this locality and everything was easily accessible. Coming out onto the main road also brings you to the buses and group taxis for easy transportation. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable. The lounge has the dining area alongside it and is equipped well all throughout. The toilets are clean and the shower is good. The bedroom sizes were perfect and bed was comfortable along with all the pillows and duvet. Can easily accommodate 4 adults. Host had good communication before and during my stay. Responsive and helpful. I'd definitely stay again.

Things to note: There is no elevator. Elderly and disabled people may struggle. But the apartment isn't difficult to reach or isn't high up. Perhaps a kettle and toaster would be good to have. There are no fans or AC in the bedroom. I'm sure the host would accommodate this if requested in advance. There was no shampoo/shower gel even though "toiletries" is stated in the listing. Overall, nothing too concerning. A pleasant stay.

Cute and comfortable with some nice Tunisian architecture, flair and colors. Great location.
