The worse homestay I ever had because this unit in poor maintenance. stinky master bedroom due to toilet drainage issues (owner know this issue but still rent out this unit to us, very irresponsible), squeaky bed frame, noisy aircon, unwashed kettle and multiple faulty power points (I could see sparkle lights) which is super dangerous! The iron board was dirty & wardrobe door also broken 😩. I got a compensation of RM150, but my family vacation was spoilt as I need to rent another unit for my relatives which cost higher than the compensation!
MYMYThe car park is just so complicated. Check in way also complicated. The owner asked us to deposit rm200 before we can get the check in instruction. poor indication of the car park. Air Con is not cold enough. There is no floor map inside the bathroom and it is very slippery after shower.

MYNever told early got further clause of house staying, like need to keep well clean of places, avoid smoking. If we know early, will not take this place, must well get nearby hotels.
