Rodos Old Town Aqua Luxury House

The location was great and the place was clean.

The key system. The power only works with one key. Which also has the house keys. I’m unable to leave without fully shutting off all the power. My wife hurt her knee so was struggling with steps. I couldn’t go get us food or medicine without leaving her in the dark. I couldn’t go for a morning jog without leaving the room completely off. It was very annoying.

Great location and lovely interior design. The hosts were very responsive and communicative. It could have been a perfect stay—unfortunately, the high humidity brought some bugs, which affected the overall experience.

There were so many bugs appearing on the floor, cupboards, and even climbing onto the bed. They were harmless, but still uncomfortable to be around. It’s likely due to the humidity, which gets worse after showering—especially in the bathroom. It kept me up all night. Just as I was about to fall asleep, there was an earthquake. That made things even scarier, especially being alone in a very quiet neighborhood. The hosts did answer my call, which I appreciated, but overall, what could have been an amazing experience was unfortunately overshadowed by these issues

Great location, very friendly team. Super convenient for moving about the old town and the shoreline. It’s very well maintained and in an area of town that is quite charming

Alot of ammenities, washing machine is a great bonus :) awesome location especially if you have a car, can park just outside the red gate!

Thin walls, bed wasn't too comfortable and quite a small room but it was enough for us so still a 9

Great location in the old town. Nice and quiet. Close to everything. We didn't realise at time of booking that the kitchen and courtyard were shared space, ad was not clear. it was fine though as there are only 3 rooms. The facility is fairly new and was well equipped.

Not particularly sound proof rooms from noisy guests downstairs. Luckily this was only a problem for one night

Beautiful place, with a bonus of shared kitchen. Hosts met us to help with bags back to accomodation. Very helpful with cobblestone streets. Hosts easily accessible to help with any needs. Small gesture of gift from owner was nice.

Great location, beautiful flat, nice cellar type door. Shops and the old town 5 min away. Free drinks in mini fridge and main fridge and a small welcome gift. The team is very polite. The nice bits the kitchen and small yard are communal. The downstairs room had all the airer and all the cushions piled up outside. A bit of a storage feeling. The shower doesn't have a bottle holder so soaps and shampoo/gels needed to be outside which is not convenient when showering. The downstairs room is overlooked by the yard and got noisy when used. I was told to notify the team when I left the airport which I did but they still came late. Lack of map Lack of a recommendations sheet
