West walk house

Arriving to such a cozy, clean place was a good suprise. A lovely walk from train station, sightseeing and shops .

The location was right in the centre. The bed was comfortable. The room was very clean and we had tea and coffee in our room

The booking said it included parking, but it turned out parking was first come first served. The room smelt strongly of weed, had to sleep with the window open. The towels smelt bad, like they hadn't dried properly. The sheet made my skin itch.

It was a space used well. Furnishing fine & TV coffee making facilities in room good.

Location. Rough looking neighbourhood (only opinion) parking should have been advertised or advised differently beforehand. I paid 12£ to park overnight when I didn’t have too before was too late. Noisy fan/ heating run through the room was noisy, walls thin too. Bed was not comfortable

The room was lovely. Bed very comfortable. The ensuite was very nice and clean. Information all clearly provided and good host communication

The only down side, was how noisy the room above sounded. They got up at 6am and there was an hour of loud banging as they just moved around the room. Then again at about 8:30am when the cleaners arrived. But that's my only downside.

Sorry but we never stayed at this place as we could not find it from the information given to us.The postcode given to us was totally wrong.

What we did not like is the attitude from the Asian guy on the end of the phone when I rang them to ask them to check the postcode given to us he gave us the same one we already had all he wanted from us was to pay for the room.With this postcode all it did was bring us back to a street named West Walk.On booking this trip on YOUR website it stated the hotel was 0.4ml from the Arena which is the reason I booked it but actually it was a 21min drive.We actually found a Premier Inn 0.4mls from the arena and was very lucky they had just received a cancellation so we had to book into there which cost us £168.So I actually think you (Booking.com)need to look into this because I think it is terrible that we can no longer be secure with your booking system for the future.Hopefully the other party will not take the £123.60 out of my account has I have already spoken to my bank regarding the situation.
