West walk house

No breakfast. The location was fine for me because I had to be near somewhere and it was about an 8min walk. I liked the tea n milk n sugar and cups n spoons and the shower and toilet were clean. I liked being able to get a spare towel myself and the hairdryer. Was not expecting the communal kitchen available, and with a washer, tho I never needed it.

The no warning about steps up or down. The sink was perpendicular in d sense that the splashback was on the wall but useless for the tap. I couldn't get the TV working?! Saw the red light on under TV, I found instructions and tried to follow but on pressing the buttons on the control - it was as if control just wasn't working?! I survived on my phone and free WiFi tho :) The shower had no shelf or wall caddy for toiletries/products. I got a stained towel so I had to go fetch a spare one, which I would not have found possible, if I weren't told about being able to get the hair dryer myself. The bed rug was stained, I folded over. Wasn't sure if the bed sheet was washed or not as there were hairs visible as soon as i lifted the duvet. It made me not want to go inside and under so i slept on top of the duvet for most of the night. I prob left many hairs behind myself as I did wash and blow dry my hair but I expected, after guest departure the room would be vacuumed n cleaned etc... New linen may have been put down but no extra care to look or pick away hairs clearly visible, before me... So it added to all d other thgs. Could not get a good night's sleep as the fan was loud ish, even when I closed the bathroom door I could hear it. I could also hear other ppl's fans plus I was on 1st flr so all the stepping above me and late comers after me made noise throughout the whole night, and early morning before I needed to wake up, so creaky floors all above :( Also to add when I was leaving... Window downstairs was opened (I know, prob for air) but a bunch of (all the?) keys were just left on the washer, available for anyone to see n just pick up and leave or if someone climbed in d window they could have been stolen?! I closed the window b4 i left.

Great location, rooms were spacious and very clean

The location was very close to the Motorpoint Arena. The room and facilities were OK, with a high level of cleanliness. There was a communal kitchenette with laundry, oven and microwave which could be useful for some guests,

The site was difficult to find as it non-descript outside, the parking is very limited. Althoigh I received about 20 emails prior to arrival I didn't get the main one detailing how to get into the property. However the doorbell woman was excellent.

Great location in Nottingham easy to get to places. Good value for money.

Shared areas could do with a bit of updating.

It was easy access good parking clean and good location
