Non è molto facile trovarla . Linsegna furi dal portone è troppo piccola
ITITLa struttura si trova in una posizione eccellente, vicina sia all'Arena che al parcheggio (cosa decisamente importante). La camera curata nei dettagli e il bagno ampio hanno reso piacevole il soggiorno. Ampia scelta per la colazione e prodotti freschi. Ottima esperienza , consigliata e da ripetere.

Infelizmente, nossa experiência na acomodação foi muito ruim. Durante a estadia, enfrentamos falta de agua potável, além de não haver ninguém disponível para nos receber ou orientar sobre o funcionamento básico do local. Pela ausência total de instruções, acabamos sendo repreendidos e envolvidos em discussões com o próprio dono, por não sabermos fazer algo que nunca nos foi explicado — situação extremamente constrangedora. O constrangimento foi tão grande que precisamos sair da hospedagem antes do previsto. Além disso, houve falta de itens básicos de reposição, como papel higiênico. O café da manha foi extremamente fraco, composto apenas por opções doces; não havia sequer manteiga para a torrada, apenas geleias. Diante de tudo isso, a estadia não atendeu as expectativas mínimas de conforto, respeito e atendimento ao hóspede, e não recomendamos a hospedagem.
SIThe accommodation is in a good location near the Arena di Verona. The historic city center and major attractions are within walking distance. The room was comfortable and adequately heated. The owner was very friendly.
We experienced some communication issues. On the day of arrival, we did not receive the self check-in instructions as agreed the day before via WhatsApp. On the day of arrival, we had difficulty contacting the accommodation through Booking, WhatsApp, and by phone. On the entrance door, there were two different phone numbers written on two seemingly identical notes (only one number is listed on Booking), which we did not notice at first. After unsuccessful calls to one number, we tried the other, and then everything went smoothly. It would make sense to have all phone numbers written on a single note or also published on Booking. There is room for improvement regarding breakfast, for example fresh croissants.
