NZThe location is nice enough and it's nice and quiet.
The place needs a deep clean. There were marks on the coasters. There was old sauce in the cutlery drawer. The dishwasher had leftover plastic the tab holder. The pillows need replacing. The fireplace needs updating, doesn't really heat. On the surface it's nice, but the house needs attention. There was no milk for coffee, and the hair products and body wash are very cheap, despite the premium fee.
NZAmazing views, great facilities and very comfortable. Watching the mountains from the spa was a highlight.
