Appartamento nuovo, ampio, pulito, al 2° piano con ascensore, cucina attrezzata, balconcino con stendino, zona tranquilla e servita, comodo per raggiungere la stazione dei pullman e vicino al centro, Luigi molto disponibile a dare consigli ed indicazioni utili

La casa è nuova, pulitissima e molto accogliente. La posizione è ottima, vicina sia al centro che alle spiagge. Il proprietario, Luigi, è stato gentilissimo e sempre disponibile, ti da consigli su dove mangiare, bere, divertirti e organizzare le escursioni. Davvero una bella accoglienza.

Ho apprezzato molto la struttura: accogliente, ben curata e dotata di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. La posizione è ottima e l’atmosfera rilassante ha reso l’esperienza davvero piacevole. Un ringraziamento speciale al proprietario, sempre molto gentile e disponibile.

Eccellente struttura, molto, molto pulita. L’appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort necessari. Climatizzatore, asciugacapelli, frigorifero, piano ad induzione e forno a microonde e uno stendino. I servizi igienici sono ampi, spaziosi e nuovissimi!!! Dotato di un balcone che non guasta mai! La posizione è doppiamente vantaggiosa: 1..Vicina alla via principale della cittadina; 2. Vicino a tutti gli svincoli per raggiungere le varie mete sia balneari che non; 3. Vicino a bar, tabacchi, postamat e ad un grande supermercato con prezzi modici; 4. Se viaggiate in macchina il parcheggio non si paga su strada e la zona è veramente tranquilla; 5. Luigi è veramente ingamba: oltre ad aver realizzato un appartamento gioiello ti da consigli su dove mangiare, bere, divertirti e organizzare le escursioni. Quindi torneremo sicuramente!! Non rimarrete delusi!

"Wonderful experience"

House was very big and everything newly renovated. All facilities were in the house. Location was very good near to centro storico and all shops and restaurants are available nearby. The owner of the house he is such an amazing person and very friendly kind. I felt like family guest. The city and area of house is very safe and sound. I am greatful and happy I chose this house EVA D’ESTATE CASA VACANZE SALENTO.

Everything was perfect.
