"Good, but a few touches, could make it excellent."

Nice, clean, and modern self-catering accommodation. Good room sizes and fully equipped kitchen. I really liked the bathroom and walk-in shower. The large TV was a bonus, too.

The stair case to the bedrooms and bathroom, although short, is very steep, and the handrail position isn't the best. Me and my friends are agile, but we still had to be very careful when ascending and descending the stairs. This could be a deal breaker for some. There was no information file in the accommodation. Simple information as to how to operate the appliances, contact numbers, info about Ramsey, etc. should have been provided in one place. A welcome pack also wasn't provided (milk, butter, bread, etc). This would have been a nice gesture, particularly as the accommodation is located around a mile from the shops.

Well equipped and clean. Lovely shower

Steep stairs for the less agile. Bathroom door lock needs attention, loose and missing screw. Dining chairs legs were wobbly, screws needed tightening.

If I was being absolutely truthful Parking was a little awkward but we still managed to park with no issue.

The level of care was exceptional, I have never booked anything before and was a little worried about the whole process but everything was taken care off from start to end with the help of David.The house was absolutely beautiful and exceptional clean, we had everything we need for a comfortable stay & would highly recommend
