Comfortable, well appointed apartment in a perfect location for a gig at the University. Good communication from the owner with clear directions on how to access the property and the car park.

Comfortable and clean. Well equipped. Parking is a bonus.

No issues at all but a note of which bins to use for recycling would be a bonus as different councils use different coloured bins.
