City Center Studio Condo Unit SMR

Too many small cockroaches.

The security personal and the front desk not helpful at all. They don't know where my room is.

The Front Dest person need to have good communication skills.

No food that cab easily be bought downstairs

No Canteen ..

It was ok until we had a black out for almost 48 hours no power and we are in 17th floor so we use stairs to go up and down the accomodation. I got sick because Im old enough to climb to and forth

No generator in case of emergy

It was close to the SM Transport hub. the view was nice.

The internet was too slow and unstable to be functional and I lost connection to my Zoom meeting. It was an industrial area with unwalkable sidewalks and dirty. There were knats and roaches in the room. The complex had some maintenance issues. The kitchen was too small to be functional. There was a leak under the kitchen sink, which was also so stained and worn. The bed was uncomfortable 😫.

Mostly everything especially how comfy it is, also the hot shower

The sink faucet was leaky, other than that everything is alright
