Gorgeous. Clean. Incredible location.

It was an interesting way to get in. We had several requests that were semi addressed. While the facilities were beautiful and perfect, the hosts felt a little removed and annoyed with our requests for help with things like transportation, booking a massage, an umbrella, and a later check out. Not a huge deal but would be nice to get a bit more of a personal touch for folks that have never been to the area. The help was not much more than we could have gotten from an internet search.

The owners were extremely helpful and responded to any queries quickly The apartment was very comfortable and decorated to a very high standard. We would 100% recommend staying here

little cold inside when it was warmer outside, we could not figure out how to adjust the thermostat.

Very spacious rooms !! The host was available when we locked ourselves out of room they were able to quickly remedy the problem !!! Great location! Close to everything and an amazing bar and restaurant in the courtyard!! Very comfortable bed and very clean.

Beautiful old villa, I a central location on Ortygia. Very helpful communication with our host.

Only one set of keys which meant if my husband went out the electricity turned off.

Modern in a converted old palace. Unique & spacious. Great bathroom with 2 sinks, shower & bath. All modern. Tea making facilities & small fridge. Lots of wardrobe space. Great location, very near to main streets & sites, easy to walk around & come back to property if need & go out again. Bar underneath, popular, nice atmosphere but quiet enough & not heard from apartment.

Entrance is quite dark & access is through 1 gate, 1 main entrance & then door to your apartment- is not the easiest. Instructions are clear & we understood this makes good security. The gate to leave property was not explained in instructions, us & another couple struggled to get it open when going out & stairwell is dark in evening. I eventually found a button to open gate which made it easier. We found light switch for stairs too after looking around in the daytime. As the property has corner aspect , slight noise in morning from local traffic. Walls are thin, can hear next door apartment moving around in middle of night/ speaking/ dragging chairs.

Beautiful old property. Extremely well kept and meticulously renovated with all modern conveniences. Interior courtyard overlooked a beautiful open air restaurant and bar. Host was very accommodating.

Everything, clean, spacious, stylishly decorated, wonderful communication, excellent location, did not want to leave!

A Washington machine would be great.
