"Enjoyed the good weather."

WiFi available.

No instructions for anything. Temperature ok while warm weather lasted. On final day temperature dropped and caravan was very cold. Although heating available no instructions on how to turn heating on.

"Great location and a lovely caravan (but expensive to use the park facilities)"

Caravan was spotless (except for the sofa) and the location of the park was brilliant. Basic necessities like washing up liquid and toilet rolls were provided which is always a welcome relief

Whilst the caravan was spotless otherwise, the sofa was quite stained. We wanted to go for a swim at the pool in the caravan park but it would have cost us £85 (but I don't think this was the fault of the host)!

Cleanliness and comfort. Telephone consultation prior to our arrival to clarify our sleeping arrangement needs. Prompt response to the voicemail message we left. I did not think it was the hosts, but rather that booking.com failed to clarify that we needed to take our own towels. I think they only categorise linen without distinguishing between bed-linen and towels. Also good provision of kitchen requirements including oven gloves, tea towels and washing up liquid as well as choice of shower gels. Clothes horse also appreciated . Directions very good, thanks.

It wasn't easy to park close to pack car when we were leaving on Saturday, though nobody complained that i parked at the roadside briefly, having moved from the parking bay i had used overnight as it was a bit far to carry luggage.
