The shower was terrible and needs to be redone so it doesn’t flood. Also, instructions on how to use the window blinds would be helpful.

Fantastic location. Bright and airy apartment. Good quality furnishings. Comfortable bed. Lovely restaurants so close. Train station 8 mins walk. Multiple beaches walking distance.

Shower leaked making it smell. Lacked a basic fish slice in the kitchen. Kitchen units very high so difficult to get stuff from those. Needed to keep windows closed at night due to the noise.

The location of the property is fantastic. It was easy to find, and easy to access when we arrived. The space is very nice, roomy and bright and well appointed. The host messaging service was very responsive to the many issues we had.

The overall cleanliness was average. Our first issue came after we left to visit the local area. Upon our return, the electronic door code system stopped working. We messaged the host, and were given a code to a lockbox nearby, which contained a key that allowed us to access the home. This was not a big issue, and they were very quick to respond. We noticed that it was very cold in the apartment, even though it was 60F outside, and we had the three heating units all set to 86F, the actual temperature in the apartment never went above 68F. We had to keep putting the heaters on power boost, which only lasted for 15-20 mins, just to keep it at 68F, repeating this process all night long. The real problem started when trying to shower. The first person showered, and ran out of hot water 1/2 way through. The shower drain also backed up and water flooded out of the shower at the entry point, and at several places where it leaked around the glass enclosure. After this, we could not get hot water. I found the water heater and it was turned off completely. I was able to google the instructions, turn it back on and set it to quick heat, but it was only going up 10F per hour, meaning we did not have hot water for several hours. The heater also spontaneously turned off every 1-2 hours, so I had to get up throughout the night to turn it back on, so that in the morning, we had hot water. I also contacted the host, but since it was evening, they said someone would come by to fix it the next day. We finally heard from them after 4:00pm that it was fixed. When we went back to the apartment, the heater still had hot water from the morning, but was again turned off completely. I repeated the same process, turning it on several times to get enough hot water to shower.

Imbatível - apto novo e sofisticado

This apartment is in the perfect location. The vibey street outside is great. It is close to shops restaurant etc. The apartment is also clean and modern. Very comfortable to stay in.

They have some weird type of lock system for the front door which was faulty. So we were locked out of the apartment. It was extremely difficult to get hold of the hosts as it is run by a company with a call center. They treated me like i was an idiot and that i was putting in the wrong code. I had to send them a video of me putting in the correct code to prove to them. They then reluctantly told me where there was another lock box with an actual key to get into the apartment. When we entered the whole lock system was lying on the floor. There was no apology from the hosts or even a check in if we were fine. We were locked out for 2 hours!!! We stayed for 8 nights and no cleaning service. So overall it is rather expensive for the service that you get. I am not sure i would stay here again as i do not want to deal with the management company again which is a pity for the owners as they have a great place!

Everything about this home is worth it. I will return. Comfortable, beautiful, clean.
