Best Location in CS! Amazing Apartment

Roomy, clean

Super easy access. Place was very clean! Prompt communication.

Beds were very squeaky. Every time someone moved or turned over, it creaked quite loudly.

The communication was very quick, easy and helpful. The house was clean and conveniently located.

The beds made already squeaking sounds when deep- breathing. I woke up from the loud noise it made when turning around. The kitchen utensils are sufficient but have also seen better days. But apart from it the place is nice!

It was clean. The linens were fine and the towels were actually very nice. The living area couch was comfortable and the upstairs beds were nice memory foam mattresses.

I own a rental property, so I understand the challenges. But if you're going to furnish your space with second-hand Goodwill furniture, it should be better maintained. I was traveling with two teenagers who really didn't care about the range hood in the kitchen about to fall onto the stove and found it funny when the bathroom towel rack fell on the floor when trying to hang up a towel. The cabinets are cheap, paint is missing from some areas and there are some holes in doors and the walls. I knew it wasn't going to be glamorous, but I think this property could be maintained better and it would command a better price for the owners.

We loved the location and how quickly property management fixed issues that happened.

Enough space

The carpet, rugs are foul smelling. Kitchen is not well equipped. Shower knobs broken. Cabinets are dirty. They charge a deposit that is supposedly refundable after check out but was never refunded. I had to dispute it in my credit card company.
