Casa De Española Hotel and Resort

The location is very quiet and peaceful and you wake up to the beautiful views of the mountain.

Despite the peacefulness, there were many unpleasant things as well… Such as the location being so remote and isolated the food is very limited. We were starving in the middle of the night and the staffs were very kind to help us get some cup noodles even though the kitchen was closed already. The water pressure was very slow in the room. On top of that, the second room we switched to had a massive cockroach running around in the middle of the night so it was a bit unclean I suppose but other than that it was okay.

Delicious and timely, beautiful garden, and Mountain View’s(although cannot see from our room. Accommodated our request for early breakfast.

There was a rat chewing on the ceiling or the wall, woke us up at 230 am. No hot water in my dad’s shower . The ramp for the wheelchair was very steep, not real wheelchair access as there is a step up to the ramp.

- The staff was constantly looking at us. At breakfast there was almost nothing, but there was 5 staff people looking at us as if we were animals in a zoo. Then in the pool, again 6 other staff membres were looking at us, we were an attraction for them.. :( I guess it's because the hotel was empty except for us. On the other hand its one of the better (if not the best )hotel is in north Luzon.

The pool is nice and the rooms are ok.

Staff is very junior, unable to answer questions or provide help when needed. The food is really not good, there are actually very few options at the cafe, nearly nothing on the menu was available during our stay.
