I like the little common area and the fact that they have coffee and free water was nice.

the toilets were so dirty seems like nobody take care of that, really disgusting and smelly. I think that cheap accommodation doesn’t means dirty toilets. Even nobody refills toilet paper.

Great staff, very helpful. Great location, right on the Walking Street Market on Saturdays. Breakfast was unexpectedly very good, total bonus!

Staff are really nice friendly and polite. Breakfast was good. Good location near 7-11 and a nice Thai restaurant name Good day made delicious dishes. And easy to walk to Chiangmai gate market just about 5 minutes. Wua Lai market on Saturday just right in front of the hotel.

"Okay Bed but too hot"

The AC is not available until 17.00, there is nothing about this in the description about the hotel. It’s extremely hot in the room and if youre sick or if you just want to chill in your room for the day, you just have to survive in a sauna all day. When I talked to the staff about this they just laughed in my face and said “there is nothing we can do”

Good hotel to stay to relax. I got the family room with big bed and bathroom. All beautiful and clean. Staff were really nice, polite and friendly. Good location between two 7-11 and Wua Lai open market just right in front of the hotel. Happy to stay here.

There is a mosquito came into the room every time I open the door.
