"An excellent stay"

Great Choice of food and well catered for my intolerance. The room was perfect for 1. the selection of tea and even a cafetière made it very good. The host was very welcoming. Perfect location for the town and also parking on site.

Great B&B with a wonderful host who was simply outstanding. Room was very comfortable, excellent WiFi so I could work and conduct teams meetings over the weekend. Breakfast was amazing...perfect poached eggs. Highly recommended accommodation.

Brilliant location! Clean, tidy & very central for all activities! Helen is a great host & her breakfast, most of which is locally sourced, certainly sets you up for the days activities! Beautiful, tranquil garden to sit it for my morning coffee!

"Little gem of a place !"

Lovely 3 night stay at this small B and B situated on the corner of a very busy main road (not a problem for myself).with traffic noise. Helen the owner was friendly and helpful during my stay and her homemade marmalade at breakfast was to die for! The lodge itself 5 min walk from train station and town centre . The place was spotless , room and bed as comfortable...Helens little dog ..poppy was so sweet also.! I'd happily return here and highly recommend to friends and family .!

Everything was perfect <3 Clean, delicate , beautiful garden and house. Delicious breakfast, big lovely room with everything you need and a bit more. That little extras that made the whole experience to a dream. It’s better than a hotel.

Everything about our stay was excellent from the location of property ,friendliness of owner, facilities in room and the excellent breakfast . We would definitely recommend staying here and would return ourselves.
