La posizione e la tranquillità essendo in un circolo di golf, parco acquatico Caribe Bay vicinissimo in macchina e raggiungibile anche a piedi con una passeggiata di 25 minuti

L'appartamento non era pulito. Il pavimento era macchiato in diversi punti(forse da macchie di caffè), se avessero semplicemente passato uno straccio con un po' di attenzione si sarebbero tolte; c'era un fazzoletto di carta sotto un mobile della cucina, segno che anche la scopa non è stata passata a dovere .....oltre a diverse ragnatele in giro di qua e di là.....insomma accettabile, ma si può fare molto di più.
