Door locks took a proper physical exercise to open/close, ac not working, no remote for ac and tv, toilet seat damaged walls moisturized, no proper services by staff.

Service & facility every thing Stayed there only because we were there in haridwar and there was no room available at the time.

When requested they provided new bedsheet and pillow cover.

Bed sheets and pillow covers were stained badly, blanket was stained washroom and sink was having gutka stains. Mosquitoes were in room no AC remote was provided and AC was set on 20 degrees. Only RO water is there. If you are going with family don’t look for this one.

Nothing.

1. As per ur website it's distance approx 200 m. but actually it's about 3 kilo meter. 2. Hotel hygiene is very poor. 3. Bed and bedsheets is not upto the mark. 4. Toilet was not clean

Staff nature language it's is perfect 😀 Cleaning so great no smelling. Totally out standing 😄
