It was such a perfect location, right on the edge of the busy downtown which meant easy access to everything with a little walk, and also not completely overbearing with tourists

N/A, truly it was lovely. The AC was great in the evenings, the apartment was spacious, the patio was beautiful.

The apartment was bright, spacious and comfortable. The location was excellent. The host was friendly and keen to resolve issues quickly.

The kitchen appliances and utensils and bath screen were not clean. There was no bin in the bathroom. There was limescale in the kettle and the tap water was not drinkable. There were many ants in the bathroom and kitchen. The washing machine did not work and there was only a small clothes drying rack on the balcony. The kitchen, bin and ants issues were resolved quickly.

Great location to walk to the center of town and train station, but also in a quiet area with a grocery store right near. Wonderful place to spend Christmas on my own. A very spacious accommodation with a good size balcony to enjoy the sunrise. Bonus feature: a great bathtub to soak in after a day of wandering Sorrento! Serena was absolutely amazing as a contact person from early in the booking process all the way through checkout, with timely responses, offering support in a variety of ways including answering queries about local places to go.

Location is good and apartment is spacious, has a nice terrace.

The apartment was not well prepared for our arrival. It was not properly cleaned at all. It had no cleaning materials to clean it ourselves so we had to buy a mop and broom, as well as cleaning liquids. The washing machine was not working so we had to spend our precious time in laundry shop. There was no drying rack as well. Moreover the bathroom floor is inclined towards the corridor and doesn't make the water flow into drainage, instead all the water will flow to the corridor if you spill a bit while taking a shower. There was also no shampoo or soap, could have been provided at least one day supply for your arrival day shower. No water, no teapot or electric kettle in the kitchen. Interior doors including bathroom and bedroom have no keys to lock, bedroom door is glass, so if you want some privacy don't expect it. Exterior door lock is very tricky old lock, you have to figure out how to lock it. It could have been a nice rental apartment if refurbished and furnished properly.

Very nice and near to the beach and center, 15 min walking to the station where you can get the train or buses to anywhere!
