"We found lovely parts of puglia but not around this villa"

Big grounds with lots of birds, lizards and butterflies , some nice trees and good shady areas . Pool Villa plus staff very receptive and reactive to our contact and resolved some issues by ensuring we got towels and clothes pegs delivered.

Lower quality standard than any villa plus villa I’ve stayed in before . Fixtures and fittings very basic. Make -do stands in rooms for clothes that collapse. Sun beds basic and 3 collapsed whilst in use with legs giving way - this could be dangerous if young child or elderly person using it. Several minor but irritating maintenance issues which should have been resolved before our stay - ie broken catch on door, 2pool cues provided but 1 broken , lots of chipped and cracked cups, crockery and glasses, only 4 pegs for washing line , missing towels , broken bidet. The rubbish in the surrounding area ie in the streets is sad to see Odd ear splitting music sounding like it was transmitted via loudspeakers from property across the road on 3 occasions during our stay.
