Vacation House close to the Beach

Είναι ένας υπέροχος μεγάλος χώρος πολύ άνετος καθαρός έχεις θέα θάλασσα το σπίτι είναι υπέροχο είναι καινούργιο υπέροχα κρεβάτια πολύ ωραία και καλή δροσιά ξεκουράζεσαι και κοιμάσαι άνετα.Είναι ιδανικό για οικογένειες ή αν είσαι ζευγάρια φίλοι.εχει άνετο πάρκινγκ.μεγαλες βεράντες για να κάθεσαι.και ιδανικό για παιδιά να παίζουν.Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα 😍

Main floor apartment in a very modern, newly built house. Clean, beautiful kitchen/bathroom. Large deck with outdoor furniture. Comfortable new furniture and beds. It’s a bit away from the beach so you’d need a car. Very close drive to airport.

The house was awesome and has everything. The host was super nice and give us a welcome basket

The cleaning of some rooms could have been done better but overall it was clean well.

The apparment was big and vary clean with 3 very comfortable bedrooms. Very close to the airport.

The garden and the entrance are not finished. It was a bit wierd. The location is not great. Overall the place was too expensiv gor what we’ve hot

Well equipped kitchen, big dining and living area, nice view from the main balcony, big enough rooms, close to Heraklion by car. The apartment was clean. The host was nice, we were welcomed with a juice, cookies and a bottle of wine and she also brought us vegetables from her garden a few days later. It's been great to see the landing airplanes by night and if you just go to the closest beach down the road , you can also see them while they fly above you. Good choice for families with kids.

The driveway is designed very badly, the highest point from both sides is the sliding gate rail where passenger cars can damage their underbody (like we did with the Passat) One bathroom sometimes is a bottleneck for a family of five especially when the one and only toilet is in the bathroom. One bedroom has no A/C.

I cannot imagine that someone could be unsatisfied with this place. You have one floor of the house, overlooking beautiful country with ocean in the distance. There is wide terrace on 2 sides of the apartment with a table and 6 chairs, private as there are no neighboring houses nearby but only olive gardens. This is a beautiful place which someone built to high standard, with custom furniture and quality AEG/Bosch appliances. Electric blinds can close the windows completely to full darkness, and additional blinds control light when electric blinds are open. Apartment has split A/C system, with completely silent head units in main room, and two of the bedrooms . Last bedroom (with large double bed) has ceiling fan, in case you prefer to sleep without A/C. Main room is huge (about 8x12m) has corner kitchen with a large island with stove and owen, and dishwasher. Kitchen is fully stocked with many dishes, cups and glasses. There are also basics like spices, coffee, tea. There is also drip style coffee maker as well as Nespresso machine (and also toaster). There is no microwave, but you have AEG owen to make perfect pizzas makes up for it. Large fridge with freezer is there as well. Room is large enough for two dining tables with 6 chairs, and two sofas. 1st bedroom (with AC) has large single bed and a table with a monitor, ideal if you need to do some work. 2nd bedroom (with AC) has king side double bed. Bathroom has large corner bathtub. Washer is there also . Main room has 42in smart TV, and 8Mbit internet is steady and allows for IPTV streaming. Since you are there alone you do not have to worry to bother anyone with music or TV. You can park outside just by main door behind locked gate. House is minutes away from main roads and about 10min away from Heraklion. You can reach many beaches in less than an hour, southern shore is about 1.25hr away. In general good strategic location. Host was pleasant to communicate was helpful to us.

We cannot think of anything. This place is obviously for people with a car, which prefer to explore more beaches and places, rather than to stay in a hotel on a beach.
