We were excited at first when we saw the photos on the internet and the fact that was near the beach. But once we entered we were very disappointed. Pictures made with AI. No warm water, the "jacuzzi" was broken and the sheets was smelling bad. Nothing like we saw on the internet. The second shower was not working only the big one and the water was warm at first then cold. The pavement was very dirty. Plus the staff expected us to speak in italian when i asked for help with the warm water. We were just moving in Italy 1 month ago. Our italian ain't at a good level yet. Very disappointed. Never back and I don't recommend.

La posizione è perfetta per raggiungere sia il Marina sia la piazza di Gaeta. Su via Indipendenza, inoltre, ci sono tanti esercizi commerciali. Non manca nulla, la struttura si trova in pieno centro ma è silenziosa. Ottima l’organizzazione .

The official 4-star rating shown on Booking.com doesn't represent the standard of this room, and the it by no means deserves to be labeled as "Deluxe." Room Condition: The room was small, smelled musty, and featured only the absolute bare minimum of amenities. The entire interior felt outdated, and heavily worn out. Comfort & Noise: Sleeping well was impossible. The mattress was worn out and sagging. On top of that, the room has zero soundproofing; you can understand every single word spoken by people on the street below. Size Issues: Advertising this space as a "triple room" is highly misleading. If three adults with luggage actually tried to fit in here, it would be unbearably cramped.
