we were asked to vacate our room at 10am despite the booking saying checkout at noon resturant had no menu

Nice clean rooms

Was still remodeling so promised view not materialized

Cleanliness was top notch.

The Fan in the room was not adequate. I ordered for tea, took one hour and no snacks were available to take with the tea

Everything is new and so clean and cared for, the staff is super competent and welcoming. In particular Raphael, Pauline, Francis and the security Johnson, they’re hard workers and smart and kind, they made me feel better than in my own home. They assisted me with everything I needed. Can’t wait to see it completed with the pool and conference hall! The bed mattress was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept on. The balconies with the sofas are so breezy and such a cool place to chill within the swahili architecture. Good food too.

Wifi works intermittently and doesn’t reach every aroom. The kitchen is probably still in the process of being activated, the service is pretty slow. On a window in my room there were no curtains so light came in pretty early in the morning. Apart from that, 5 stars!
