appartamento a due passi dal mare

Ottima la posizione, a due passi non sol dal mare ma anche dalla via principale del paese dove sono i ristoranti ed i negozi. L'appartamento presenta tre camere, di cui una molto ampia, due bagni entrambi con doccia. Eravamo due coppie, siamo stati bene. Possibilità di parcheggiare in strada a 15 euro al giorno, oppure ad un camping a tre minuti a piedi sempre a 15 euro al giorno, con parcheggio sorvegliato, molto simpatici i custodi. il proprietario ci aveva offerto di parcheggiare la macchina a casa sua ma dovendo spostarla ogni giorno abbiamo optato per il camping. Non abbiamo avuto problemi di alcun tipo. OT Consiglio ristorante "sapori di mare".

Location to beach

Parking was far. We had 2 cars and needed to park at the owners house and few kms away. But they were very accommodating to get us to that spot.

Location was great. Accommodation was very clean and comfortable. Host was very helpful!

No WiFi, and sometimes there is not enough hot water when multiple people stay in the apartment

The location can’t be beat! Close to the beach, the restaurants, the main street, and easy to get to. The kitchen was very well stocked, plenty of plates, glasses, utensils, pots, pans, etc. Air conditioning in the different rooms all work extremely well. The interior was very clean and organized. The property owner/manager was extremely nice and responded quickly to all communications before and during the trip. Clothes washer was modern and worked well.

I realize that San Vito Lo Capo is an old town and not all of the infrastructure is up to date. However, the fact that we couldn’t flush any toilet paper down the toilet and that it had to go into the trash bin in the bathroom was a bit unpleasant. We’ve stayed in this town before and never had that issue. The main bedroom is very large but the other two are so small that it is difficult to even walk around the beds. There is no room for storing clothes in those rooms, they must go in a wardrobe in the hallway. One bathroom is located near the bedrooms but the other is located inconveniently. From the bedrooms you must walk back through the main room and up a flight of stairs to the roof level. We were sharing this apartment with our daughter and her family and it was a bit of a bother to have to travel so far to get to the second bathroom.

Vito was great when we had a minor problem at the apartment so helpful. I would recommend a stay here 100%.
