GBWe booked for a weekend break, deposit needed for damages, information on the site said cash but messages from owner said card and ID needed which wasn't an issue. Took about 3 or 4 days for it to release from pending. Communication good. Arrived to find previous occupier had caused a few issues which the cleaners were not able to resolve before we went in - foot off tv stand and few other minor details which did not deter from the stay and the owner was aware of when I messaged. Excellent facilities, comfortable rooms, spacious internally lots of storage and great location to walk to the city. Secure access so felt reassured.
The lack of parking close to the apartment and the location of key pick was my only criticism. We parked about a 15-20 minute walk away. This is what's stated so no expectations disappointed but with a family and luggage etc it's just a bit of a downside.
