Location is close to airport

Informed that I will check in late and to hold but they didn’t.. so with lot of pressure they gave another accommodation in there other property. Quite disappointing customer experience.

Convenient for the airport. Good wifi connection.

The rooms are up a grubby staircase over a workshop repairing electric motors. My room was very dirty, with thick dust on every surface. The grumpy receptionist was nowhere to be seen at checkout time, with no sign of the breakfast Booking.com clearly states was included. The receptionist still owes me 60 rupees as he had no change when I checked in.
