Lovely location, right in the middle of Grosmont. Great access to all facilities and the main road to the coast.
The accommodation was lovely but there were a couple of broken things (panel under the cooker and one of barseats.) I understand the Host may not be aware of this and is reliant on people letting them know. Don't let this put you off as it a fab place.

Quiet area
Staircase is unsafe for older people, children and dogs accident waiting to happen, the garden was not secure for small dogs building very cold had to ask for heating it’s controlled in the main house. The internet/TV works now and then informed it’s a village poor connection. Left 3 days early not for us.
