"My stay at the resort was fantastic!"

The resort staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I also found the location to be absolutely superb, offering convenient access to everything I needed. The facilities at the resort were also top-notch.

Honestly, there wasn't anything that I disliked about my experience at the resort. Everything exceeded my expectations.

"Unpleasant experience"

They have placed very thin, non-cotton carpets all over the floor, making it very slippery. Four people in our group almost fell, and my mom slipped, broke her ankle. It was a very unpleasant incident and quite unprofessional.
