Luxury Condo at Kameole Beach T106

It’s spacious in a large condo complex. The bathrooms have been refreshed and the showers are great. The usual amenities in the kitchen. Everything was clean. I went to the beach every morning (across the street from the complex) and the pool in the early evening (there are two large pools with smaller whirlpool tubs). The pools are popular and lots of kids, so it’s noisy, but there are quiet corners in the pool area. And BBQ spots. Parking is close. The unit is in the back, so very little street noise. The remote check in went smoothly. I will book here again.

Kihei is expensive, and can be crowded. The hospitality industry is in flux and isn’t really good value for money. I wonder if Florida’s condo crisis will find its way to Hawaii? That will make everything worse. Stay tuned

Location was quiet since it was located at rear of property, that also made for a longer walk to the beach. Unit was well decorated and renovated. Unit equipped with beach toys and cooler.

Could not get either of the ceiling fans to work with provided remotes. an ice cream scoop and a cutting board would be useful additions.

Excellent communications from the owner. Nice and quiet Conco, accross from the beautiful beach. Beach chairs, snorkel kit, umbrealls included! In the center of Kehei, and you can walk or drive to restaurants, shops etc. It is also just a 10 minutes drive to the beautiful Wailea golf. Brand new washer and dryer. I used the quick wash mode and my load was done in 15 mintes!!!

Noisy AC

Really well furnished with all the amenities and even had two separate bathrooms / showers. There were enough towels, kitchen was well equipped, new washer and dryer, beach chairs and umbrella to use - everything was there for a comfortable stay. The host was very polite and proactive at reaching out to us and making sure everything was great. The complex was walking distance to beaches, it had a nice garden, pools, and we had a dedicated parking spot. Such a gem! Way better than staying in a big hotel chain. A tip we learned towards the end - for a nice brunch, visit the South Maui Gardens. The food at the Blue Door Bread Company is on another level. Way better than the other cafes. The luau there seem very good as well and they have plenty of food trucks to choose from.

Sofa bed really uncomfortable. Advertised as "New condo" & it wasn't new. Maybe renovated??? But not new!! Photos made it look bigger than it was.

The property was very clean and updated! AMAZING location and amenities! Was very pleased with all communication between us and the owners of the condo prior to our stay and during. Would highly recommend for your future booking!!
