"Clean, reasonably priced. Bathroom floor needs to be fixed."

The house was clean in general. Has a new carpet and is newly painted. Nice clean towels and bed sheets.

The bathroom has a linoleum floor that is water damaged. The shower curtain stinks and needs replacing.

The owners were quick to respond. Nice location, pretty view of garden across the road from kitchen window. Off road parking. Binds and curtains in bedrooms, so not disturbed by external light.

Could have been a little cleaner in some places, like the hall floor.

"Avoid it."

The living room was as described.

The bathroom smelled, shower was dirty and didn’t work. When we arrived there wasn’t a curtain pole up in the master bedroom and the lawn wasn’t mowed as well as being covered in cigarette butts. Dishes had been put away wet so had mildew on them. Had to check out early after a refund was agreed for the remaining days but that was almost a month ago and they don’t return phone-calls or emails.
