"Superb"

Location is perfect for Monifieth & Broughty Ferry with the Bell Tree pub round the corner! Flat is spacious with plenty room for families. It was relatively clean and comfortable, but ideal for amount of time spent! Would stay again!

Some areas could do with updating - wallpaper peeling and mattresses aren't the best.

"Perfect flat for our needs."

Nothing to do with the host, but for some reason, information sent via booking.com with the arrival details and key codes arrives some time after it has been sent. In our case, we expected the key code at 3 and it only arrived at 4. Silly really, It just adds stress. In my case, it caused a three putt!

We were in the area to play golf on the Old course in St andrews, 30 minutes away, The accommodation and location was perfect for our trip

Maybe a table would be appreciated
