Spacious Apartment with Roof Terrace, near The Waterfront, Ipswich

This is a great, comfortable apartment with excellent facilities and interesting features. Located in a quiet side street 5 minutes walk from the town centre. Host was helpful, friendly and quick to respond.

I didn't find anything to dislike

Cleanliness and the comfortable main room.bed but the one in living room the sheets were not so clean. Well all other things were good. Though we were expecting welcome drink;)

Everything was good except the living room bedsheets. Otherwise its very cozy and comfortable stay.

Ideally situated for our needs. Short walk to town and the marina. Everything was clean , tidy and comfortable. Stuart very helpful with parking and checking we had everything. Nice friendly pub opposite will definitely stay again

Can’t think of anything

The location was great as we were attending the racing at Foxhall Stadium. We were able to park right outside both days. The industrial lights, lamps etc and the galvanised conduit for switches really suits the apartment and the flexible layout is very clever. The roof terrace is a nice touch for relaxing with dinner.

The only small thing was some blackout shades might be a good idea as the outside lights from the pub over the road keep the main living area quite bright. But it certainly wouldn't stop me staying here again.

Perfect for 2 couples with the separate bathroom facilities. Loved the quirky nature of the place and the location. Would definitely stay here again.

Lighting over the dining table could be improved.
