The entire stay was no problem and very satisfactory. Holiday to Melaka, nice food, nice people, nice environment..

Only in terms of facilities, the parking lot was dark during the day. There were no lights at all. Luckily, the car parking was all easy and close. The swimming pool was also ok, but when there were many people it felt like the water was not as beautiful. Can come again for a holiday to Melaka, just suspecting high traffic at night

Check-in and parking was easy. We upgraded to a 3-bedroom apartment last minute with no problems. Agnes was very easy to reach via WhatsApp. She even sent out a locksmith at 8pm to unlock one of the bedroom door as my son accidentally locked it from the outside. The apartment is very big, well decorated to European standards and the air-con is powerful. The facilities at Atlantis is good with food available to buy and a very good swimming pool. Location was prime with lots of food courts in the vicinity and Jonker Walk only 30 mins away by foot. All in all, a very comfortable stay with a family of 6 to include two 80-year old and a 11 year old.

Some of the pillows were a bit lumpy and could be upgraded. The locks on bedroom doors could be removed to avoid locking accidentally.

Easy access to the property & to room. The balcony & pool view from the balcony. Lots of amenities in the apartment. Host very good.

Atlantis management itself. Tourists come to relax, enjoy the beauty & release tension. But I feel tied and confined: 1. Tourists cannot walk freely around the pool and around level 7, only one entrance. 2. At night, the gate to the pool/garden is closed/lock, you cannot walk around the garden/pool. 3. The Link Glass Bridge & Sky Deck are too dim and empty, they can make it more attractive & have more lighting for visitors & kids.
