AUOur room was wonderful, had everything you need for a long stay, gorgeous surrounding gardens, and right on the beach. Staff, facilities and amenities were great.
Sometimes the drains in the shower had a bit of a smell, otherwise nothing we didn’t like.
USThe Whaler exceeded my expectations! We had a studio ocean view with a kitchen and can't wait to go back!!! We were in unit 618 that had views of the ocean to the left and the mountains to the right. We had an amazing balcony view with a table and lounge chair. The unit provided beach chairs and a cooler. The grounds were IMMACULATE. We joked about seeing a leaf on the beautiful lawn. The pool was a perfect temperature. Some things to keep in mind. The pool is deep - straight to 5 feet. Not really a place for young kids. Most of the crowd was 50+. Was a quiet pool with people reading etc. There is no restaurant but you are very close to Whaler's Village where there are several restaurants. Plus we took a tip off Facebook group page and pre-ordered food and picked up from WalMart on the way! Worked out great. Parking was free and super easy underground. Beach is amazing!

Could have a bit more shade in common areas to sit and relax outdoors.

GRMakes you feel like home. The apartment had everything we needed. location was great, beachfront next to the whalers shops / restaurants very convenient The personnel was very friendly. The barbecue was a plus, we don’t plan to use it, but we finally did many times.
Be careful avoid book rooms on Tower 2 back side facing whalers shopping village. Unfortunately is always noisy due to the stores and restaurants
