Jeigu ieškote ramaus poilsio, tai vieta čia būtent jums. Jus pasitiks, maloni, besišypsanti ir dėmesinga madam Marija. Labai lengvai radome vietą. Be jokių trukdžių, navigacija mus atvede į tikslą. Puikios naujai, suremontuotos ir pilnai įrengtos patalpos, dviejų miegamujų apartamentai. Virtuvėje visi būtini įrankiai ir buitinė technika. Yra skalbimo mašina, indaplovė, orkaitė, kaitlentė, grilis, mikrobangų krosnelė, sumuštinių skrudintuvas, didelis šaldytuvas, kuriame radome šalto vandens , limonado ir šalto alaus. Ant stalo buvo padėti vaisiai ir saldainiai svečiams. Yra trys TV. Du miegamieji, erdvi svetaine sujungta su virtuve. Du tualetai ir du dušai., trys kondicionieriai. Graži aplinka, erdvi ir privati terasa, kuri skirta tik jums ir jūsų poilsiui. Iki jūros tik 500 metrų arba 5-7 minutes pesčiomis. Nuotraukos atitinka tikrovę. Jeigu ieškote ramybės , tai ši vieta skirta būtent jums. Gali apsistoti iki 5 asmenų arba dvi šeiimos ar draugų grupė, kurie turės savo atskirus miegamuosius su atskirais dušais ir wc. Ir nėra daugiau jokių papildomų ar paslėptų mokesčių.

Pakeiskite terasoje užuolaidą arba visai ją nukabinkite. Ji labai gadina vaizdą.

L’appartamento è funzionale e dotato di tutto l’occorrente. Siamo stati molto bene e coccolati dalle attenzioni della signora Maria.

Amplasarea aproape de plaja și de facilități. Spațios, curat, camere mari, liniște, aer condiționat în toate camerele și tv in toate camerele. Totul a fost foarte bine🙂 Iar doamna Maria, este o persoana minunata, mereu amabila și implicată în nevoile clientului.

The cleanliness and hospitality

We liked the cleanliness, the hospitality and friendlies of the host, the location (close to the beach) and the multitude of restaurants nearby. The apartment was huge, very clean and well equipped.

The coffee filter machine had a small leak but that can be solved.

We have loved staying at this property! The house was clean, comfortable, and a perfect size to accommodate our family of 2 adults and 2 kids. Air conditioning in each room, stable wi-fi. Two bedrooms with bathrooms in each (I guess the description says there is only one bathroom)! Communication with the hosts was quick and efficient. We arrived late and appreciated the provision of water and fruit. We've got the keys from Mrs. Maria, who lives in the next building; she has been very kind and helpful to us during our stay as well. Location. The Analipsi beach is 5 minutes away if you dare to cross the well-maintained territory of the Insula Alba hotel. Add another 5 min if you will go around it, which is also a nice walk. Two times we took a taxi to Sarantari beach (15 eur one-way, 10 min drive) - great getaway during windy and stormy days when the north-facing shores are not that enjoyable to swim in. In the village and on the coast line, there are plenty of good restaurants at different budget levels. Some grocery stores where you can buy food to cook in the house. We have enjoyed having open-air dinners at our holiday home! The bus stop to Heraklion and the airport is 15 min walk from the property. We used the public transport during our stay. It was decently priced and comfortable enough, although often behind the schedule.

For food cooking, there is a medium-sized pan, a big pot, and a low saucepan. I think the available kitchenware will benefit from adding a small or medium-sized pot (like something more suitable for boiling eggs or cooking a porridge for 3-4 people).

Bathrooms small, shower heads could not clip to the wall, washing machine and dishwasher, but no soap, quite a walk to the beach, no name of premises anywhere so not even local taxi could find it.
