Host is very helpfull

The location was great, close to the train station and the center. Cleanliness ok. We did an early check-in which was great for us and the host was frendly.

A bit noisy, thin walls and we would have appreciated the possibility to make a coffee or a tea.

Beds are comfortable. Very clean room. Host Francesco is great. He gave us info on where to get the ferry, eating suggestions etc. bathroom is updated. Price was reasonable for what you get. Location was close enough to the main plaza to walk to in less than ten minutes.

My only main issue is the walls are very thin. We could hear the people next door having a birthday celebration and that made it hard to sleep. Also our room was right at the entrance to the hallway with the rooms and every time someone would come in we heard them. Keys were a little hard to use. Four keys needed. One to get through the main gate, one to get in the building, one to get into the hallway where the rooms are and then the one for your room. You also needed to lock the room from the inside with the key.

Very nice location, close to the train station and a short walk from the city center. The room was basic, but clean and comfy. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. I would book this place again.
