The Parc Apartments by Urban Rest

Superbe emplacement, appartement spacieux et bien agencé. Parking inclus non négligeable. Un peu bruyant le week end avec la proximité des bars mais cela reste correct.

Excellent location with easy access to restaurants, shopping, the ferry terminal, transit, and more. The inner courtyard of the complex provided a quiet environment to enjoy from the balcony of the apartment.

Great location, without the noice from pubs. The apartment is nicely decorated, well equipped, and with a beautiful courtyard which would look stunning when the cherry blossoms are in full blooms.

There were a couple of drunk people making noices in the middle of night, double glazed windows would help.

Property was very modern, chic and well kept! Awesome location! The added care to detail with the extra bits in the home really set the property a part.

I think the service was the only thing. When booking I like to double check things before confirming. When I asked about the pool and whether this was heated, I was informed that it was 100 percent definitely heated. With this confirmation it was the final tick to confirm our stay. However upon arrival this was absolutely not the case and we were given an excuse about this being body corp issue as opposed to theirs. We booked in Winter hence why the irritation around the problem. Otherwise everything else was fine.

I liked everything about my stay, however the departure drop key information was incorrect, so I had trouble dropping key off.
