Der Vermueter,Giancarlo,ist ein ausprochen lieber, behilflicher Mensch.Die Unterkunft liegt am Rande der Stadt und ist sehr ruhig.Das Haus ist voll mit Kunst, auch selbstgemachte Teile aus Holz,wie Sitzbänke. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl

"Modern stay in the middle of the wood"

all good, very modern, big space of the room and fantastic decoration.

The gate of the parking is very narrow and it is pretty challenging for cars to go in and out. The location is a little bit in the middle of nowhere but still in the middle of Gorizia.

"Exceptional"

Amazingly furnished, tidy, very spacious room with a clean and tidy (shared) bathroom. Our stay there was very comfortable, with the host being extremely friendly and letting us check-in even late in the evening; in the morning we also got a nice breakfast. The parking space was in the backyard.

Despite the novelty, modern design, and extreme tidiness of the place, it was still a bit pricy regarding the location.
