Super Townhouse Hinjewadi Phase 1

Location good for Hinjewadi offices. Room was alright.

Definitely not for family stay! Services can and should improve! Better not provide breakfast and if you are, then do not leave it to last minute and please give more options other than Poha!!!

Manager and Staffs are supportive and helpful.

TV is not working. No water glass is available in the room.

Bad experience

The worst hotel ever. The rooms were not clean. We had change 4 rooms then after we got one decent room. The 1st room was smelling very bad, the 2nd one had broken balcony door which didn't get closed, the 3rd one had broken lock. The washroom, bedsheet, pillow were not good. They turned off water supply at night. We called them in morning to turn on the water supply. At ground floor reception area was clean n very decent but when we enter the room we got to know the reality. The room was very traumatising. The environment was not at all positive. They don't allow swiggy Zomato inside the hotel. And they are saying on Google reviews that this is the best property at lowest price bt this reviews are fake. They are misleading people. Obviously they are offering lower price but atleast don't mislead people. This is my worst ever booking on booking.com
