The Jungle Oasis with heated pool

Peaceful, nature refuge. Great to live in Karen area with easy access to Nairobi and still be I calm and peaceful surroundings Loved the dogs 🐕

Very beautiful rooms, very safe, lovely swimming pool

The house and pool area is absolutely beautiful, the location seems very safe with security and gates to keep it secure.

The only issue is getting picked up from here. We wanted to go out for dinner and three ubers refused to come and get us, nor could we get a food delivery. The host did give us a phone number for a private food delivery person, but we feel that the difficulty in getting ubers to come out to the property should have been more explicitly said to us, as we spent the evening hungry and annoyed, which is frustrating because it's such a beautiful location. Also, we understand it's a jungle oasis, but there were ants in the kettle when we went to use it.

I liked the people very nice. Everything was perfect but the tiny pots. It would be nice to have bigger pots for cooking. The caretakers were not aware of my booking but were able to resolve the issue within 5mins. Also, it get's really cold at night so carry warm clothing. The heater helped though otherwise we would have frozen. I enjoyed the whole experience. Wish I had arrived earlier to enjoy the pool which is indeed heated :)

It is hard to have access to food.

Loved the quiet and how immersed in nature it felt

It took us an hour and a half (instead of 30 minutes) to find the property. our taxi driver asked people in the local area, none of which had ever heard of the hotel. It turned out that the name on the sign was Anga Africa, which had not been mentioned once on the Booking.com page or our booking confirmation. Please ensure directions are more precise for future guests as this was very stressful.

This place was amazing. Lush tropical private courtyard containing two houses each one bedroom and a central house with modern high end furnished living room, and kitchen. Decks for outside dining or coffee on each little house. Gorgeous heated pool in a secure gated property with 24 hour security. Central to many attractions. It was truly an oasis!

Serenity of the place, cleanliness, friendly staff overall its an amazing getaway. Team went an extra mile to ensure my request was met. Good orientation of the house as well and great communication from the host.

Soap/ body wash holders in the bathroom would be great so that you can put your toiletries somewhere as you shower.
