The staff was nice and I have no problem with them.

It was terrible, forced us to be there super early, and made us reserve a breakfast ahead of time, when we got there for breakfast they didn't even have what we wanted, all they could give us was a single dry and stale croissant. room was dirty, no windows, fridge doesn't work if your room key wasn't in the room, so it wouldn't keep anything cold if you are not there. Wi-fi was terrible, the only power plug was behind the fridge. would definitely not recommend

Despite the language issue, the staff did their very best to help us. They generally worked so hard

Where to begin? We were charged a premium for an early check-in only to be told there was no room ready for us. So we were charged to be 'upgraded' to a queen sized room. Heaven knows what the standard room was like! The room was infested with ants, there was no window and variable water pressure meant that it was by pure chance if the toilet flushed! In their entry in booking.com, the hotel was supposedly a short distance from some of the main attractions. In reality, it was miles away from anything - unless you had a turbopowered tuk tuk!
